Sub-Zero Wolf Appliances

Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliances make Estate Home Shine

This $27.5 million estate sits on 2 acres inside Gables Estates, one of Miami’s most exclusive and wealthiest neighborhoods. Designed by Cesar Molina in 2016, this 17,000-square-foot masterpiece was built with an extraordinary level of thought, detail, and craftsmanship. The estate includes 6 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, gym and spa, elevator, media room, office, 6-car garage, impeccable gardens, and a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.  The Kitchen in this home features 7 Sub Zero Fridges or Freezers, see if you can find them all.

17,000 SF of perfection

Designed by Cesar Molina in 2016

Every part of this home was designed to feel refined, intentional, and timeless. Gloria Estefan was one of the developers behind the project, and her vision and commitment to excellence can be seen throughout the estate. The choice of builder, subcontractors, appliances, materials, and cabinetry all played an important role in bringing this Cesar Molina estate to life.

The kitchen is one of the true centerpieces of the home. With floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, Calacatta marble countertops and backsplash, and a full Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package, the space was designed to feel both modern and luxurious.

Eleet Fine American Cabinetry was selected to create cabinetry that would work seamlessly with the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. In a kitchen of this level, appliances should not feel like an afterthought. They need to be carefully integrated into the cabinetry so the entire kitchen feels clean, balanced, and custom-built.

For this project, Eleet panelized 4 of the 7 Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer units. This allowed the appliances to blend into the cabinetry while reducing the amount of visible stainless steel. The result is a cleaner, more elegant design where the cabinetry and appliances work together instead of competing for attention.

The high-gloss acrylic cabinetry contrasts beautifully with the matte quarter-sawn white oak doors, creating a refined balance between modern luxury and natural warmth. To complete the handle-free design, Eleet incorporated Blum electric touch-open mechanisms throughout the cabinetry. With a simple touch, the cabinets open smoothly, allowing for tight reveals, clean lines, and easy access without visible hardware.

Magazine Quality

High gloss acrylic cabinetry from the ceiling to the floor

The Calacatta marble countertops and backsplash wrap above the wall cabinets all the way to the ceiling, making a bold statement in the kitchen. The layout was carefully designed with two major focal points, the island centered on the window and the double Wolf ovens.

The sliding glass doors are also centered on the island, creating a beautiful entrance into the kitchen from the standalone gym and spa area, which includes a built-in massage table overlooking the pool.

This is the type of kitchen where every detail matters. From the panel-ready Sub-Zero refrigeration to the Wolf cooking appliances, every element was placed with purpose. Eleet’s cabinetry helped bring all of these pieces together into one complete design.

The entrance of the home is one of the features that makes this estate truly stand out. Walking through the grand doors into the courtyard feels like stepping into another world. The manicured landscaping, palm trees, stone steps, glass doors, and water features create a calm and impressive arrival experience.

That same level of detail continues inside the home, especially in the kitchen. This project is a strong example of how Eleet Fine American Cabinetry can help create a kitchen that belongs in a world-class estate.

If you are planning a luxury kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, the cabinetry should be designed with those appliances in mind from the very beginning.
